TPEE can be extruded into sheets, pipes, rods, and wire sheaths using a standard plastic extruder. A general gradient screw can be used, with a length-to-diameter ratio of ≥24:1 and a compression ratio of (2.7-4):1.

1. Extrusion
TPEE can be extruded into sheets, pipes, rods, and wire sheaths using a standard plastic extruder. A general gradient screw can be used, with a length-to-diameter ratio of ≥24:1 and a compression ratio of (2.7-4):1.
2. Injection Molding
Using injection molding technology, products of various shapes and sizes can be processed. It is preferred to use a reciprocating screw injection machine, as it can achieve a uniform temperature melt. A gradually deepening groove is recommended, with a compression ratio of 3.0-3.5 and a screw length-to-diameter ratio of (18-24):1; injection pressure should be 80-120MPa, using slow to medium-speed injection.
3. Blow Molding
Blow molding requires resins with high melt viscosity and melt strength. The polymer extrusion chemical chain extension technology is applied to embed special chain segments into the TPEE molecular chain, preparing high-viscosity TPEE to meet the blow molding of large special parts (such as engine intake ducts).
4. Other Molding Processes
TPEE is also suitable for processes such as rotational molding and casting. For example, ball bearings and small inflatable tires without inner tubes are processed using rotational molding. Casting has advantages such as low processing costs and good product size stability.
