TPEE stands for Thermoplastic Elastomeric Polyether Ester, which is a type of thermoplastic elastomer that combines the properties of rubber with the processing advantages of thermoplastics. It is known for its flexibility, durability, and resistance to various environmental factors.

TPEE (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer) is a block copolymer containing polyester hard segments and polyether soft segments. The polyether soft segments and the non-crystalline polyester form an amorphous phase, while the crystalline microregions are formed by the partially crystallized polyester hard segments, serving as physical crosslinking points. TPEE has the elasticity of rubber and the strength of engineering plastics; the soft segments give it elasticity, making it similar to rubber; the hard segments provide it with processing performance, making it similar to plastic; compared to rubber, it has better processing performance and a longer service life; compared to engineering plastics, it also has high strength characteristics, while having better flexibility and dynamic mechanical properties.

Applications:TPEE is mainly used in fields that require shock absorption, impact resistance, bendability, sealing, elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and sufficient strength. For example: polymer modification, automotive parts, high and low temperature resistant wire sheaths, hydraulic hoses, shoe materials, drive belts, rotationally molded tires, flexible couplings, soundproof gears, elevator guide rails, and corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high and low temperature resistant materials in chemical equipment pipeline valve components.
