4. The overall body temperature is too high, and the viscosity of the material is low; appropriately reduce the screw and braking speed, and increase the plasticization time.
5. The extrusion working pressure is insufficient, and the plastic density inside the engine is not enough; raise the filter screen to increase pressure and improve plasticization level; extend the cable diameter of the mold to increase extrusion working pressure.

2. Main use: Suitable for PVC leather water-soluble stain resistance.
The reason is insufficient or poor quality of stabilizer, and there may also be a reddening situation. It is possible that a particularly poor quality stabilizer was used.
But in most cases, the problem is caused by uneven lubrication, especially insufficient external lubrication, over-plasticization causing discoloration and brittleness of the pipe fittings...
You can add a little polyethylene wax to see if it can cover it; if not, try adding stabilizer or replacing it. If it is a calcium-zinc stabilizer, more attention should be paid to adjusting the lubricant.
In addition, lubricants harm plasticization; calcium bicarbonate has fluorescent whitening agents added, and PVC epoxy resin, under the same standards, using poor quality PVC will also turn more yellow, requiring more stabilizer.
Generally, it is thought to be a stabilizer issue, but in a reliable situation, lubrication is also a very important factor. In addition, if calcium carbonate has absorbed moisture, it will also affect plasticization.

If the stabilizer issue is eliminated, then the key is to adjust the lubricant to stabilize the balance. The stabilizers mentioned in the industry generally do not include antioxidants. In such cases, the amount of ultraviolet light that needs to be absorbed by the organic resin around it is much less, so the lifespan of these organic compounds also needs to be longer. This is why the aging resistance of rutile titanium dioxide is generally better than that of anatase titanium dioxide; this characteristic is inherent.
During extrusion, the background color of polyethylene wax affects the product's color, and in later use, the different absorption of ultraviolet light by polyethylene wax affects the aging resistance of the product, thus influencing its color. In fact, rutile polyethylene wax is only slightly yellower than anatase type and does not turn yellow; the problem is more likely to be with the stabilizer, and it may also be due to the use of composite stabilizers. Currently, some manufacturers of composite stabilizers in China have added a lot of lubricants to control costs, reducing the use of related components, resulting in slightly insufficient reliability at the same weight.
