1. The screw has been used for a long time, and the screw has not been cleaned, causing burnt material to accumulate; completely clean the screw after disassembly.
2. The heating time is too long, causing plastic aging and brittleness; reduce the heating time and check if there are any issues with the heating system, and repair it in a timely manner.

The surface of the plastic has a skin condition, appears dull, and has slight cracks or small particles that are not well plasticized. There is a noticeable mark at the seam.

1. The temperature is too low; appropriately increase it.
2. During granulation, the plastic is unevenly mixed or contains unplasticizable particles; the top block should be appropriately smaller to increase the pressure at the inlet.
3. The speed of the screw and the traction belt is too fast, and the plastic is not fully plasticized; appropriately slow down the speed, increase the heating and plasticization time, and improve the plasticization effect.

1. Unplasticized epoxy resin is extruded without any plasticization, resulting in small TPE and particles on the surface, distributed around the surface; try to increase the temperature or reduce the traction speed and screw speed.
2. Residue infiltrates during feeding, resulting in small lumps of residue on the surface; strictly prevent residue infiltration during feeding, and if residue is found mixed in, immediately clean the machine and clear the screw's memory of the material.
3. The surface of the top block that supports the cable diameter is uneven or has voids, or there is plastic residue accumulated at the die exit, causing surface marks; carefully check if the surface of the cable diameter is smooth when selecting the mold, appropriately lower the die exit temperature, and immediately remove any deposits at the die exit.
4. The cable core is too heavy, the tension during construction is not great, and cooling is poor, making the plastic surface prone to wrinkling; the former requires increasing tension, while the latter should reduce the traction speed to ensure adequate cooling time.

What is the reason?
Due to instability in the screw and traction belt, resulting in uneven product size, and issues with the support ring can easily lead to round shapes, molds being too small, or significant variations in cable core diameter, causing thickness fluctuations.

1. Regularly check the traction belt, screw, and support equipment or speed during construction, and correct in a timely manner;
2. Use appropriate molds to prevent material backflow;
3. Regularly monitor changes in diameter.
5. Air holes and bubbles in wire and cable extrusion
Solutions
1. Caused by temperature control issues; if noticed, correct it in a timely manner and strictly control the temperature.
2. Caused by moisture or water infiltration in the plastic; if noticed, stop using it immediately and clear the moisture-laden material.
3. Improve the drying equipment; use the material only after it has been dried.
4. The core wire should be heated if it has absorbed moisture.
