Product Features

TPE has characteristics of high strength, high resilience, and moldability, with a wide range of applications. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, safe, has excellent coloring properties, a soft touch, weather resistance, fatigue resistance, and temperature resistance. It has superior processing performance, does not require vulcanization, can be recycled, and reduces costs.

 

TPEE is mainly used in fields that require shock absorption, impact resistance, flexibility, sealing, elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and sufficient strength. For example: polymer modification, automotive parts, high and low temperature resistant wire sheaths, hydraulic hoses, shoe materials, drive belts, rotationally molded tires, flexible couplings, soundproof gears, elevator guide rails, and corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant materials for chemical equipment pipeline valves.


EVOH has always been the most widely used high barrier material. This material comes in various film types, including non-stretched, biaxially stretched, aluminum vapor-deposited, and adhesive-coated types, with heat-resistant types available for sterile packaging products.

 

Flame retardants are functional additives that give flammable polymers flame-resistant properties, primarily designed for the flame retardancy of polymer materials. There are various types of flame retardants, which can be divided into additive flame retardants and reactive flame retardants based on their usage.

 

Biodegradable materials can generally be divided into four categories: photodegradable plastics, biodegradable plastics, photobiodegradable plastics, and water-degradable plastics.

Biodegradable materials include: lactic acid, ethylene, starch plastics, photodegradable plastics, PLA, and PBAT.
